In the left panel, you will see the albums that are in your photo slideshow. You may only have one album if that is all you created. However, you can change the thumbnail or the photo that is shown in that album. To do this, you will need to find the photo in the right panel that you want to be the album cover in the left panel. Once you find it, click it to select it. Then click the Thumb button in the top panel. You will then see your album cover change in the left panel.
