The “Be Full Solution,” is an assortment of snacks invented by Dr. Michael Snyder to help people avoid weight loss surgery and still lose weight.
But is the Full Bar a scam? Can you really lose weight by eating the Fullbar, Fullbites, Truffuls or AquaFull?
Dr. Michael Snyder is the author of “Full: A life Without Dieting.” He wants people to lose weight without having to count calories or be restricted. He tries to take the work out of losing weight. It is pretty much the ultimate diet for lazy people!
I’ve tried several of the Be Full Solution products such as Truffuls, Fullbar and Fullbites. I think it’s a good diet if you were going to snack on those kinds of foods anyway and want easy weight loss.
Here’s a break down of some of the Be Full Solution products:
No. 1: The Fullbar comes in several flavors including Fullbar berry bliss, Fullbar caramel apple crisp, Fullbar cocoa crisp, Fullbar cranberry almond and Fullbar peanut butter crunch. When I tried it, they had a flavor called “banana nut bread,” which had 160 calories and 10 grams of sugar.
No. 2: The Fullbites come in bold cheddar, sour cream and onion and savory BBQ. I tried the bold cheddar flavor Fullbites which had 150 calories and 5 grams of fiber. They were not my favorite in terms of taste when I tried them the first time, but I liked the concept and the Fullbites grew on me.
No. 3: The Truffulls come in just two flavors at this time: Chocolate Mint and Chocolate Caramel. The chocolate caramel had 120 calorie and 5 grams of fiber. It was tasty.
No. 4: Aquafull is a portable powder that you add to water and comes in Pomegranate Orange, Zesty Lemon Tea and BerryBliss.
No. 5: Fullbar fit: I have not tried Fullbar Fit yet, but this line comes in chewy brownie, toffee crunch and chocolate peanut butter crisp. It includes 15 grams of protein, which I think it ideal for most women. The peanut butter crisp Fullbar fit has 180 calories and 5 grams of fiber.
The idea of curbing appetite to lose weight is not new. Other miracle diets for lazy people include the Sensa, or the Sprinkle Diet is extremely popular right now as are diet shakes such as Almased or Fast Shake by Quick Trim.
For the Be Full Solution diet, you want to eat the product a half hour before a meal (or just use the Fullbar Fit with protein as a meal replacement). Drink a lot of water too.
Where do you find Fullbar? I’ve seen the Fullbar products at Bed, Bath and Beyond and drug stores.
I do believe the Be Full Solution is one of the best diets for lazy people! When it comes to dieting, there’s nothing wrong with finding shortcuts as long as your health is not compromised! The Be Full Solution lets you satisfy your craving and fill you up so you don’t eat uncontrollably. I think it’s smart and leads to easy weight loss.
