When you finish with this guide, you will know how to view your identities, how to edit your identities, and how to remove your identities in RoundCube Webmail.
How to View Your Identities in RoundCube Webmail
Let’s begin with viewing your identities in RoundCube Webamil. This is the page you will need to load in order to manage your identities. At the top of RoundCube, you will see the Settings link. Click that link and the page will reload. On this page, you will need to find the Identities tab at the top of the box and click it. When the panels load, you will see all of the identities you have created in RoundCube Webmail.
How to Edit Your Identities in RoundCube Webmail
Now I will show you how to edit your identities in RoundCube Webmail. On the left side of your page, you will see the names of the identities. Click the identity that you want to edit and you will see the fields in the right panel. In the right panel, you will need to edit what you need to and then click the Save button to save your updated information.
How to Remove Identities in RoundCube Webmail
If you have identities in RoundCube Webmail that you no longer need, you can remove them from your webmail. You will need to visit the Identities page and click the identity that you want to remove. Once you click the identity, you will see the information for the identity in the right panel. Scroll to the bottom of the information and click the Delete button. The identity will then be removed from your webmail account.
