Thursday night on Big Brother 12 it was eviction night-with a 10 carat twist. With Matt and Lane up for eviction, it was time for Matt to reveal that he was holding the coveted Diamond Power of Veto. And after the other houseguest’ jaws were lifted off the floor, an eviction switcheroo occurred and a new Head of Household was crowned.
What happened on the August 19h episode of Big Brother 12? Who was Matt’s replacement nominee, who was evicted and who won the Head of Household competition? Oh, the questions!
A Final Act of Sabotage
Desperate to actually do something as the saboteur this week, Ragan leaves some physical evidence when he takes a tip from “Shane from Facebook” and puts a mysterious note under Enzo’s pillow. The note says, “I know your secret. — S.”
Enzo quickly finds the note and flips out especially after Kathy tells him that she made his bed that day. Inspector Gadget Enzo surmises that Kathy is the saboteur. He figures the “S” on the note stands for sheriff. Uh huh. Then he says, “Kathy’s the saboteur, yo….” followed by “Gimme a Scooby snack”. Doesn’t he mean a Whisker Lickin’s, because he is the Meow Meow after all.
Matt’s Diamond Power of Veto
It’s time for the live vote and with Matt and Lane on the chopping block, Matt has a surprise for the other houseguests. When Julie tells him to give his final plea speech, Matt condemns Brendon for not being able to make any decisions for himself and for relying on “past houseguests and pretzel messages” (but not before calling him a “big dummy”). Then he whips out the glistening Diamond Power of Veto and the jaws just drop. Brendon, especially, looks stunned. Matt has to put up a replacement nominee so he easily puts up Kathy.
The Live Eviction- Who Went Home on Big Brother 12?
Because this group is essentially one big alliance when it comes to voting time, they unanimously vote to evict the poor, unsuspecting Kathy. I say this because she was blindsided on live TV. Didn’t even have her bag packed when she was sent packing!
Head of Household Competition
In an HOH competition that rivals watching paint dry when it comes to boringness, the eligible houseguests must answer True and False questions in a game called “Big Brother Says”. Me says who comes up with these painful-to- watch comps?
The q&a session comes down to Enzo and Britney, with Britney taking it in the end. I am woman, hear me roar! Britney is the last woman standing in the house and this pretty Southern belle can get downright mean, so watch out!
