Cachet Homes, a leading luxury homebuilder in Arizona, is pleased to announce the debut of five new floorplans and accompanying models at its Paseo Lindo community, which is located on the northeast corner of Arizona Avenue and Ocotillo Road in Chandler. In addition, the builder has partnered with American Solar Electric, Arizona’s largest residential solar integrator, to provide photovoltaic (PV) power systems as an option to homebuyers at the community.
“At Paseo Lindo, homebuyers will have an option available to select three and five-kilowatt PV systems featuring high-efficiency PV panels and photovoltaic inverters. Seamlessly integrated into roof lines and the roofing system, the PV panels are an aesthetically pleasing option for buyers,” said Matt Cody, president of Cachet Homes.
According to American Solar Electric, selecting a solar powered system provides a homeowner with clean, renewable energy along with the financial benefits of eliminating a portion of their energy bill. Annual energy production will range from approximately 4,946 to 8,243 kilowatt-hours, depending on the system size selected. As a result, homeowners will see reductions in their annual electric bills somewhere between $569 and $948. Additionally, homebuyers may also be eligible to capture thousands of dollars in state and federal tax credits associated with the purchase of a solar electric system.
The floorplans in the community range from 1,613 to 2,631 square feet and start at $215,900. In addition, each of the floorplans is eligible for the “Cachet Homebuyer Credit” where anyone who purchases a Cachet home from now until December 31, 2010will receive an $8,000 credit toward options and/or closing costs in the community.
“Unlike the recent government incentives, to earn this credit, buyers need not be first-time homebuyers, simply Cachet homebuyers,” said Cody. “And, unlike the government incentive, buyers will receive the credit to use immediately on anything from rear-yard landscape to custom flooring to cabinet and countertop upgrades and more.”
Cachet Homes at Paseo Lindo is a lifestyle village of 141 single family homes combining both residential and commercial properties with pedestrian access, lush landscape and distinctive architecture. The community has a character all its own with architectural diversity, balance and neighborhood cohesiveness that includes a private, gated entry, lushly landscaped public areas and walkways, a neighborhood park, basketball court, play structure and much more.
The sales office is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The phone number is 480-656-6208.
These new models and floorplans mark the second community Cachet has updated and celebrated in the past month. Last month, the builder debuted three new floor plans and accompanying models at its Crescent Falls community, which is located in Fulton Ranch, also in Chandler. The floorplans range from 1,797 to 2,287 square feet and start at $249,900.
Known for distinctive style and curb appeal, each new floorplan showcases the many Cachet differences that have helped to make the company one of the most prominent homebuilders in Arizona.
