• 2 cups milk
• 1 cup margarine or butter
• ¾ cup cocoa
• 1 Tablespoon powdered buttermilk
• 1 cup sweetener
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 cups whole wheat flour
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 2 eggs
Pour the milk in microwavable bowel or pan on stove to heat until it is hot enough to melt the margarine or butter. Remove from heat and add cocoa, powdered buttermilk, sweetener and sugar. Use wire whisk to beat until smooth and blended.
Add remainder of ingredients and mix with wire whisk until well blended and smooth.
Spoon into greased and floured large baking dish or two cake pans.
Place in oven at 325 degrees until cake in done in the middle.

*Note: You can add more or less powdered sugar until you reach the desired sweetness and texture!
