We just got word of another Holiday / Christmas Market setting up shop in Brooklyn Heights and this time it is the annual Danish Christmas Market at the Seamen’s church (102 Willow Street).
Scheduled for Friday November 19th 5 to 8 pm and Saturday the 20th from 11 am to 5 pm, according to a local tipster report to Brooklyn Heights Blog.
Featuring all kinds of Scandinavian and Danish foods, crafts, music, and Christmas stuff, as well as some non-Scandinavian items like hotdogs.
See Homer’s coverage of last year’s market here.
And if you are really into the Holiday spirit and have some energy, don’t forget to check out the other pop-up holiday markets in the area, like Sahidi’s holiday market on Atlantic, or the Art-centered market that will be open every weekend in Cobble Hill through December 19th or the Holiday Market at the Brooklyn Heights Synagogue located at 131 Remsen Street on November 21st.
With all of these markets in the neighborhood you will almost certainly find a gift for everybody on your list. And if you are still having trouble, there is always cheese.
