One option is that you can wrap them in tin foil to give them that shiny silver effect. You can then stick on holiday stickers to the tin foil or wrap a ribbon around each ring of tin foil. Another option would be to find tissue paper of an assortment of colors and create different colored napkin rings by wrapping the rings with the tissue paper. Or you can even find a ribbon to wrap the ring with that is themed for thanksgiving.
