If you are not motivated to exercise, or you just do not want to exercise, but you know you need to, then get to it at home. You can find creative ways to add exercise in at home and where ever you go during the day without feeling like you are exercising at all. If you exercise at home, you will not waste time or money going to the gym.
On the Phone
Many of us spend plenty of time on the phone each day, but did you know that you can get your exercise in while you are on the phone? One of the easiest things that you can do while you are on the phone is walk. Continually walk the entire time you are on the phone. If you do not have enough space, you can consider marching in place while you are on the phone. You may not want to try to try going up and down stairs because you may not be able to catch your breath to talk. You will burn fat and calories without even thinking about it. You will be on the phone anyway, you might as well exercise at home.
Before the Shower
Before you get into the shower, do ten squats or roll up on the balls of your feet ten times. You can squeeze in a little exercise here and there. It will add up throughout the course of your day. This is a nice way to exercise at home.

You may not want to exercise in the shower because it can be dangerous, but you can do stretching in the shower. Stretching works out your muscles and helps you burn more calories along with increasing your flexibility.
Play Sports With Your Family
Every night after dinner play a sport with your family. A nice game of basketball, soccer, football or baseball will keep your family close and help you to get your daily exercise. This is the best way to exercise at home.
Take the Long Way
Take the long way to your car or home throughout your day. Park your car as far as possible away from the grocery store. Walk to activities that are near your home.
Exercise At Stoplights
When you are driving, you can exercise at stop lights. While keeping your eyes on the road and one hand on the wheel, you can lift one arm above your head and simulate weight lifting.
You can burn fat and calories throughout your day. Just one of these activities may not slim you down, but if you did all of these things every day, you will definitely notice it the next time that you are on the scale.
