The Dancing With the Stars 2010 lineup results are getting more controversial. After the last Dancing With the Stars 2010 lineup results, more fans are convinced, or resigned, that Bristol Palin will win. Conventional wisdom for most of Season 11 was that Jennifer Grey would win, with Brandy emerging as the next biggest challenger. In truth, Grey and Brandy are the clear cut Season 11 favorites, when it comes to the actual routines. Yet since the Dancing With the Stars lineup still has Palin around, many feel that a different predictable end is coming.
Grey and Brandy did little to ruin their favorite status this week, as they tied for the high scores on Monday night. Their challengers had more mixed results, as Kyle Massey got his best scores in some time, but Palin and Kurt Warner slipped up.
But Warner left the Dancing With the Stars 2010 lineup, while Palin got to escape yet again. Despite not coming close to matching Grey and Brandy in Season 11, conspiracy theories are spreading that she will win anyway. Support for the Palin family, and for the right wing in general, is said to be the true factor in this race.
If not for Palin, a Grey vs Brandy final would be extremely obvious at the moment, and might still be. Palin seems unlikely to match their judges scores, even if the voters disagree with them. As for Kyle Massey, he is the forgotten man in the final four, although he showed needed signs of life this Monday.
There are only two more results shows for the Dancing With the Stars 2010 lineup to get through, starting with next week’s semifinal round. Given the support for Grey, Brandy and Palin in certain circles, Massey seems like the obvious favorite to be eliminated next.
Grey was at her most vulnerable a few weeks ago, but seems to be over it now. Brandy has been on top constantly for some time, and shows few signs of slowing down. They would need really bad performances on Monday to not make the final week – yet if the Palin factor is real, one of them might still be a sacrificial lamb.
Among the remaining Dancing With the Stars 2010 lineup, Massey still seems like the most likely lamb, however. But if he matches Monday night’s performance, it might make things a little tight. Although Season 11 started very conventionally, the results of the last few weeks have changed that, and could keep surprising until the end.
For once, the last two weeks of the competition have a lot of doubt around them, for various reasons. The last pre-finals shakeup for the Dancing With the Stars lineup will come starting on Monday, at 8 pm est on ABC.
