The Dancing With the Stars 2010 lineup results were varied last night. Overall, the Dancing With the Stars 2010 lineup had two chances to get impressive results, with one chance coming instantly. Along with their regularly scheduled dance, the contestants would perform to a song and style just minutes after being assigned to them. As it turned out, some did better under that format than others, which could make the different in tonight’s results show. In any case, the Dancing With the Stars lineup still had the same two leaders on top when it was all done.
The night started with a regular performance, as the final five went through a ballroom round. In that segment, Brandy came very close to perfection, getting a 29 for her waltz. Jennifer Grey and Kyle Massey trailed with 27 points, with Kurt Warner and Bristol Palin tying for last with 24.
But the Dancing With the Stars 2010 lineup results didn’t end there, as the competitors then went through the Instant Dancing round. Warner and Palin continued their struggles, as Warner got 24 points for a total of 47 overall, and Palin got a 23 for a combined 47. Yet while Warner and Palin may be the two favorites for elimination tonight, the other three made a big statement.
Brandy barely did worse in the instant round, racking up 28 points. However, the big performances came from Massey and Grey, as Massey had his best results with 29 points for a jive routine. But he had to settle for second, as Grey became the first contestant of Season 11 to get a perfect 30.
Grey is the only one in the Dancing With the Stars 2010 lineup to get perfect 10’s from the judges. Last night, she was the first to get all perfect 10’s for one routine, as her struggles from two weeks ago are completely behind her. Yet her combined score only tied her with Brandy, as they each had 57 points overall.
Although Grey’s perfection was a bigger achievement, she and Brandy are still neck-and-neck for the overall lead. As for those behind them, Massey had the best results by far, while Warner and Palin had one of their customary down weeks. However, if they stay alive, they will likely be due for good weeks next time.
Warner and Palin may be clear favorites to leave the Dancing With the Stars 2010 lineup, but it doesn’t mean it will happen. The two have narrowly survived with much worse weeks, although the margin for error is much thinner. Grey and Brandy probably won’t be voted out, and Massey just had his best week to date.
No matter who is voted out of tonight’s results show, the Dancing With the Stars lineup will soon be down to the final four, starting at 9 pm est on ABC.
