According to USA Today former Bad Boy executive is seeing P.Diddy for age discrimination. 51 year old Francesca Spero claims she filed paper work yesterday in New York that, claiming that she clashed with Sean Combs after she revealed she needed hip surgery in 2008. Francesca states that she opened door for mogul Sean combs and the Bad Boy family and now feels they are closing the door on her. Spero says that her and Diddy first met in 1988 and began working for him long after meeting him. All this occurred when P. Diddy was known to the world as Puff Daddy and helped him grow his company. She claims she introduced Diddy to Russell and had a lot to do with his success. Now, Spero states that Combs attempted to freeze her out of her position at Bad Boy. Until in March she was fired and replaced with a woman who lacked the skills she had required to work in that position, not only that the female was at least 10-15 years younger.
Spero is now seeking $12 Million from this; no words have been heard from P.Diddy in the matter. While Diddy publicist stated that there were in fact many reasons why Spero is no longer working for the Bad Boy Company but age discrimination is not the reason why. According to contact music Spero helped Diddy sign new song writers get music clearances for corporate endorsements, execute Bad Boy’s $38 million deal with Warner Brothers and produce the MTV reality show ‘Making the Band. According to her lawsuit, after surgery to treat a hip misalignment, he allegedly said she earned too much money for “someone who could no longer keep up with his fast-paced lifestyle” and fired her. Spero also admitted to checking herself into a substance abuse treatment facility in December 2008 after problems with prescription pain killers and alcohol. However, she insisted she had been clean and sober from 1987 until two years ago after being treated for opiate addiction.
whatever the story may be we will soon be discovering whather Spero will win the case or settle. due to her other reasons for being fired , there just might be a possibilty that she will now win this case.
