New York City and its boroughs have never really been known for their bed and breakfast options. This is a shame too because so many of the best bed and breakfasts in this area are shuddered by the long shadows cast by Manhattan hotels. Of course, people want to stay in Manhattan when they’re visiting Manhattan but perhaps folks from Manhattan or those who have to be in the area who are tired of Manhattan would consider this newest Downtown Brooklyn enterprise 3B.
According to Huffington Post, “the renovated space in Downtown Brooklyn has four rooms, incluind a bunk bed room that sleeps up to four. All four rooms share a single communal bathroom with a shower as well as a smaller half bath down the hall.” If you like to take a lot of times in your daily porcelain thoughts, 3B may not be for you. However one option for the really cost-savvy traveler is to utilize the public bathrooms at an adjacent high rise hotel and stay the night at 3B!
That’s too complicated, you say. Well consider the price break you’re getting too. “Rooms range from $28 dollars a night for a bunk bed to $140 dollars a night for a double room.” If you don’t mind errant snoring or tossing and turning in your slumber, you may be able to score big time in savings!
