The Lodi Grape Festival and Harvest Fair is one of the most anxiously awaited Festivals and fairs for miles around. Galt, Woodbridge, Stockton, Lodi and even as far as Elk Grove come together for this fabulous event at the Lodi Grape Festival Grounds on Lockeford street. The celebration of the local grape harvest is a major event and a lot of preparation goes into the fine exhibits and displays. Grape murals align the exhibit hall with extreme beauty and precise detail.

This non-profit event will benefit the upkeep of the grounds and service programs throughout the year. Along with the Agricultural displays are Craft vendors, Food, Headlining entertainment, Carnival rides and games, along with the-must-see exhibits. This nonprofit event benefits local organizations to help raise funds to support their cause; over $150.000 is raised annually to support these worthy causes. Lions Club, 4-H, Boy Scouts, Future Farmers of America (FFA) ~ just to name a few. This is an awesome chance for young and old to experience the rich heritage of the area, where Agriculture and grape farming comes alive.
Galt and Lodi host a Farmers Market on Thursday evenings from 5:00 pm~ 8:00 pm, until the end of September. These fine farmers markets also offer fall craft vendors to entice the eager shopper. If you’re looking for a special gift or just browsing these farmers markets are an open and airy place to go that is outside in the beautiful sunshine. As the sun goes down enjoy a stroll along the main streets that have been blocked off. These markets are easy to find and offer locally grown fruits, vegetables, wine tasting and crafts for the upcoming fall season to decorate your home or yard.
Lodi Street Fair
Lodi has an awesome Street Fair Sunday October 3rd. This Downtown fall street fair offers Antiques, fine arts, Arts and crafts, entertainment and lots of food. This Street Fair is held between Lodi Ave and Lockeford streets, on both School and Sacramento Streets. These 2 streets are blocked off and no cars are allowed along these streets so shoppers and browsers can enjoy an evening of relaxation. Free admission and parking.
