Ready for some spooky fun? Ferndale parents have a couple of great local options for their favorite little candy monsters and ghouls.
John F. Kennedy Elementary School is hosting the Ferndale Schools All-District Fall Fest with Games, amusement, food, and fun. The event, sponsored by the J.F.K. PTA, takes place on October 16t from 11 am to 3 pm. A Yahoo! Map of the school location can be found here.
The Ferndale Recreation and Ferndale Area Chamber of Commerce is also presenting the Hilton Fall Festival on October 23rd from 2 to 8 pm. The event will take place at several locations along closed off Hilton Road between Cambourne and Mapledale. Cost is $4 per person, up to $15 per family. There will be hay rides, music, a haunted tent, arts and crafts, pumpkins and apple sales, face painting, rock climbing, a puppet show and many more events to choose from.
