Much is published about college graduate students with a BS or a MS degree that have not been able to find a position. Why not just look for a job? On the other hand, better yet create one. Not all the world needs to work in the medical field, for the government, or become a computer programmer.
The world needs good auto mechanics, appliance repair service, cabinetmakers, or all-around handy men. Trade schools are available for a fraction of the cost of a college degree. I just paid an appliance technician to fix a washing machine. The bill was $50 for the call and $45 for the part. It took him about 20 minutes to do the job that needed done.
The repair technician is a local man and he came the same day I made the call. Not having to wait days for a service call is very much appreciated. I prefer to use local people.
