Today has been a fantastic day for me. Both Walgreens and CVS had a whole page of ‘It’s like getting It for FREE’ after extra bucks, and Jingle Ca$h, like getting purchase free good on next purchase. I spent approximately $10, and got $72 worth of goods, and I still have $8 to spend in rewards. The only cost to me was the sales tax.
So how could I not buy the Philips In-ear headphones for $6.99 and get the $6.99 back to spend in the store. For free has been a wonderful day for me.
I purchased Sentry headphones awhile ago, and the foam just disintegrated on me, so those went into the garbage. They were lightweight, but still headphones. What I loved when I first saw the Philips headphones, is that they are earbuds. They are so tiny that I can scrunch them in the palm of my hand. These will be perfect to take when we are flying domestic routes. British Airways provide them on my flights to England each year.
First of all I don’t have an iPod, but if I did, then these work with the iPod.
I wanted to try them out, so I went into a couple of videos that I have kept from YouTube. I put the jack into my computer, and then unraveled the cord. The tiny earbuds are metal on the back, and have a soft rubber coating on the front. They have L and R on them, so I knew where to put them.
The sound from the YouTube videos were okay, but I couldn’t really test them with that. So I then went to one of our portable C.D. players. I plugged the jack in and switched on. The sound was excellent. I could hear it coming into both ears, and when I turned the sound up, it was way too loud for me, but probably great for teenagers.
With Christmas coming up these would be a great gift for tweens, teenagers, and people who love to travel. They are really comfortable, and after awhile I didn’t even know that I had them in my ears. They are tiny but work just as well as the big guys.
Here are some specifics on them:

The Philips in-ear headphones give me the quality of sound that I was looking for, in a tiny earbud that is comfortable, and is so small that I can take it anywhere I go. This is a keeper for me.
