Microbes Affect On The Environment
The world of microbes is a very important factor in the survival of this planet called earth.
Microbes are bacteria. They can be either good or bad, have a positive affect or a negative one.The good microbes are the ones that have a positive affect on the environment as well as mankind. These are the types that will be discussed.
For example, the Gulf Waters oil spill, which occurred this year of April–What was once a mystery is no longer. The News and Observer, reported that the humongous area of oil that drifted below the sea surface is completely gone. This is due to the natural defense system called the ecosystem. Researchers latest data reveal that these good microbes; in this case, oil eating microbes slowly dissipated the oil. In other words, these good microbes ate the oil.
Since oil naturally seeps up through the sea-floor, it can be concluded that these oil eating microbes have been in existence since creation–Without this natural process or defense in operation, the environment would be devastated with non- existent marine life and plants as well as a good possibility of an ill-affect on humans.
The Human Body
The same is true with the human body. We have a defense system living in the intestines. These good microbes are called probiotics. Probotics are the key to maintaining good health. They inter-act with the immune system by warding off bad microbes which make us sick. Probiotics also promote a healthy digestive system.
We get these good types of microbes from the foods we eat. Foods such as cultured milk products, cheese and yogurt. Certain other foods stimulates probiotics even more– apples, teas, spices, berries and certain wines such as red wine.
As stated in Medicinal News Today, Huffnage says, “Today, the world of probiotics are emerging on the cutting edge of mainstream medicine.” Supplement Probioitcs are readily available for people who feel they need more than what the body naturally provide. These products are usually made up of fermented dairy products with high content or concentration of probiotic bacteria–good microbes.
With up-most confidence, I must say there is a Grand Creator, who produced or made all living things, including the world of microbes for a purpose–maintaining the balance of nature and mankind.
Striving to maintain a clean healthy environment as well as body can help eliminate the possibility of depleting good microbes which is possible with anything that is used to the point of excess..
