Bungie and Microsoft warned Halo fans that unlike Halo 3, the Legendary and Limited Editions of Halo: Reach would be more than just limited by name. Lots of Halo fans took the early warning from Bungie as just promotional hype, but GameStop has already run dry of all of its Halo: Reach bundles.
Bungie and Microsoft released 3 Halo: Reach bundles along with the release of the Halo: Reach game – that is set to be released to the gaming world this September 14, 2010. The Halo: Reach Legendary, Limited Edition and Xbox 360 250GB Slim Halo: Reach console bundle featured Halo: Reach extras and collector’s items that are prime for Halo enthusiasts.
GameStop and Microsoft seem to have been on good terms with Bungie’s latest – and last – release of Halo, Halo: Reach, and due to GameStop’s exclusive Halo: Reach armor – that can only be obtained by preordering a copy of Halo: Reach from GameStop – and GameStop’s $20 gift card giveaway with the purchase of Halo: Reach, GameStop appeared to be the smartest spot to purchase a copy of Halo: Reach from.
Due to GameStop’s sweet Halo: Reach hook-up, they’ve completely run out of Halo: Reach bundles with a week left before Reach’s official launch – and other retailers are expected to do the same as well. If you want to get your hands on any of the sweet Halo: Reach bundles Hurry Up! Amazon.com, Best Buy, Wal-Mart, and Target are still ripe for the Halo: Reach picking, but Dell.com has also fallen victim to the Halo: Reach Legendary, Limited Edition, and Halo Console shortages.
Seeing how fast the more expensive versions of Halo: Reach have been selling like hotcakes – Limited Edition, Legendary Edition, and the new Xbox 360 250GB Halo: Reach console – anyone looking to get their hands on a copy of Halo: Reach will have to act quickly as all copies of Halo: Reach will be sold out soon as well. Head to your local electronics store and pre-order Halo: Reach while you still can or you’ll be forced to miss out on all the fun coming to the Xbox 360 this September 14, 2010.
