In this not so perfect world that we are living in. We can be the best that we can be. To start off your day, by greeting your day with daily prayer, and by reading your bible. Then by starting off with your day with yoga, and a good pose, and daily stretching and good breathing habits will help you lose weight and help you to start feeling better about yourself, and also will help you with all of your aches and pains.
This is a good practice, feeling better about yourself and self improvement is a good start and it will put a beautiful smile on your face. This will also help you out with, to get your mind off from your problems. That is right, less stress in your life and that means, less trips to the doctor.
In this not so perfect world, just look around you. No body is smiling anymore. People do not even look up at you.
Very rarely, do people greet you with a smile and say good morning to you. Many people, do not even know their own neighbors.
What is happening, with being the best that you can be and getting out and helping out with other people. When you see someone that is walking across the street and they need your help, by getting them across the street. Stop and ask them, “Can I help you.” If they say, no, at least you have, asked them.
Looking your best, so when you do come up to someone and by asking them if you can help them. They will not be afraid of you, because of your appearance.
Taking a look at yourself, in the mirror, and asking yourself, “What can I do to improve on myself?” Do not ignore this problem, and to start today and say to yourself. “I am going to start today, on being the best that I can be.” Where there is a action, there will be a reaction.
I spy with my little eye on watching what you eat, and eating with proportion size. This is the key. Your proportion size, as you are getting older, you do not need to eat two helpings of food.
Cooking you own meals, and you will know what you are putting into your meals, that you are preparing. Sitting down together with your family and praying for your meals and having a good conversations with your family. This is helping everyone in getting to know what everyone did throughout their day.
Being the best that you can be and living a healthy life style, and loving your family. You are being a good example to your children. What you do today, you are passing it down from generation to generation.
