Costume Jewelry Necklaces and Earrings
In any episode you see Garcia in, she is wearing different types of earrings and necklaces. If she is wearing one necklace, it is a large piece. If she has a smaller style necklace on, it is some type of chains with big glass beads and other bobbles attached to it. Her earrings are long, dangly, and large. All the costume jewelry is colorful, large or layered; kind of a 70s and 80s retro look.
Glasses
Her eyeglasses seem to change from season to season and week to week. She has been seen wearing dark rectangular frames in various colors, clear pearlescent, and straight across the top with curved bottoms.
Clothes
A dart short jacket is sometimes worn over a colorful blouse. Sometimes the jackets have a wavy bottom and cuffs. Sometimes the jackets are left unbuttoned. Blouses and skirts are often bright in color. Garcia also wears some form of high heel shoe with her outfits. Sometimes that’s hard to see when she is sitting down at her desk doing her work on the show.
Makeup
While her makeup is never too flashy, Garcia is 9 times out of 10 wearing red lipstick.
Hair
In 98% of the shows, Garcia’s hair is always pulled away from her face in pigtails, a ponytail, or pulled up in the back. In any event, she has a large flower barrette, playful ponytail or pig tail holders in, and sometimes just pinned up.
