I know what your wondering. How clean is your house? Well I depends. Follow these easy to do steps and you wont have to ask that question again. I have compiled an easy to follow checklist as well as a small description of each item.
Clean one room at a time for the easiest and most effective cleaning
This is pretty simple but before we start clean each room by itself. Keep the tasks small and you wont have any problems cleaning more faster and efficiently.
Start with the corners
first step for your house cleaning checklist is to start with the corners for fastest and easiest way to clean. I work my way from one corner to the next. This helps you keep track of what you are doing and keeps you from getting overwhelmed and lost on what to do next. So remember start with one corner and don’t worry about anything else until you are done. Then move onto the next corner.
Next step to add to your house cleaning checklist is to clean along the walls. Pick up anything that is about a foot or so from the wall and put it away. This goes hand in hand with the first step but it makes cleaning faster and easier to focus on small areas.
Move to the center of the room
Next step for your house cleaning checklist is to move to the center of the room. The sides will now be clean so focus on the center of the room. Clean off the tables, pick up the garbage off the ground, etc. After this step your room should look like it is coming together now. If you are following these easy steps it should not take to long to get here either.
Dust the room
For this next step I like to use an old t shirt for dusting. I buy some pledge and spray directly onto the rag and go around the room. Again start with the corners and work you way in.
Vacuum the room
The next step to add to your house cleaning checklist is to vacuum the room. Work the corners and go in. Vacuum the carpet slowly to ensure it gets good coverage. From this point you can follow these steps to clean all the rooms in the house.
Clean the kitchen
Next clean the kitchen. Clean all the dishes and the counters. Finally mop the floor. This should not take to long to do.
Clean the Bathroom
The final step for you house cleaning checklist would be to clean the bathrooms. Clean the toilet, bathtub, sinks, and floor. Use a good quality bathroom cleaning such as scrubbin bubbles.
That is it. Follow these easy steps to clean your house and after you get it to where you want it just clean it once a week. If you keep up on it you will have no problems keeping you house clean. Now ask yourself just how clean is your house now. Good luck and go relax now.
Here is a house cleaning checklist. Print this off or write it out and check it off when you are done. Lists will keep you on track and keep you going.
