Every girl expects that their special someone has something wait for them on Valentine’s Day. With all the Credit cards maxed out from Christmas, there really isn’t that much in the bank. Here’s how to have a good Valentine’s day for $20 or less.
Things You’ll Need:
* A blanket
* a date
* a car or a ride
Once you have established a date, have her meet you in the park at a specified time. The reason she has to meet you is so that your stuff doesn’t get stolen, but you don’t need to tell her that.
Go to the store and pick out a nice card. The dollar store sells them usually two for a dollar. Write something nice in her card, whether it’s a poem you found online or just a happy valentine’s day note. Take some time choosing something nice, don’t just steal one from your sister’s box of cheesy valentines she is giving to her friends.
Go to her favorite fast food restaurant and order you both a meal. Make sure that you go all out and buy the sodas, burgers, fries, and little apple pie desserts. This may seem like a cheap dinner, but what you do with it will make a difference here. You should still be sitting at $10 or less.
Once you have got dinner and your card, take your blanket and go set up in the park. Create a nice picnic for the two of you under the stars that will romance the heck out of anyone. If you have one of those canopy tents, you might want to bring it along just in case it rains.
*Dress warmly as it is still cold in February and may be raining or snowing still.
*If the venue must be changed due to rain, be sure to call her and let her know.
