How To Get Rid Of Pimples
Do you have frustrating pimples on your face? Do you want to get rid of them? Everyone experiences pimples and they can be annoying, painful, and embarrassing. Here are some ways that you can get rid of pimples…
Wash Your Face
This is the most important thing to do if you’re trying to get rid of pimples or prevent yourself from getting anymore. Your face gathers oil and dirt throughout the day, so it’s very important to wash that stuff off. If you don’t wash it off, it will lead to pimples. You should wash your face at least twice a day.
Baking soda is very good at drying things out. If you mix baking soda with some water, it will form into a paste. You can them apply the paste to the entire face, or just dab it on the areas where the pimples are. Leave this paste on for a little while or until it dries. This will help dry out the pimple and make it go away quicker.
Astringents will clean the dirt and oil off of your face. Rubbing alcohol is a common household astringent. You can put some rubbing alcohol onto a cotton ball and dab it on the pimples or your entire face. This will dry them out. If you have dry skin, you shouldn’t put astringent all over your face. If you do, make sure that you only do it a few times a week because it may make your face even drier.
Don’t Pop Them
Pimples form for a reason. There were bacteria, dirt, and oil on your face, which your body wants to protect itself from. Your body is protecting itself from anything harmful, so by popping them you risk getting an infection because now you have an open wound or you may even get scars.
This is a common way of drying out a pimple. This is a very convenient way because every household has some toothpaste. Take some toothpaste and dab it over the pimples. Leave it on for a little while until it dries, and then just wash it off of your face. It’s as easy as that!
Don’t Touch Your Face
Your hands are touching a lot of dirty things every day, especially if you go into public. Your hands at any given moment most likely have dirt and bacteria on them. A lot of people touch their faces often or lean their heads on their hand. The bacteria and dirt from your hands is then being transferred onto your face, which may end up causing more pimples. Try your best to keep your hands off of your face and keep your hands clean. You can keep your hands clean when in public by carrying hand sanitizer with you.
