Pinto beans contain tons of fiber to break down LDL cholesterol and prevent it from gathering. Another good switch to make is using avocado instead of cheese. One avocado a day can lower cholesterol by 22% after just one week. Avocadoes contain sterol beta-sitosterol that won’t block the body’s natural removal of bad cholesterol.
Dinnner- Make sure to add a heaping helping of steamed veggies to your plate. Steamed vegetables contain lots of fiber to help rid your body of nasty cholseterol. You can also try using olive oil instead of your usual corn oil or vegetable oil. Olive oil helps keep bad cholesterol from sticking to your arteries.
