What You Will Need to Make Photo Christmas Cards
Piece of card stock
Rubber Stamp and ink
Take a piece of card stock in the desired color and fold it in half. You will need a piece that is at least 8 by 11 inches if not bigger. Remember that whatever the piece of card stock starts out as, your photo Christmas cards will be half of that size. This procedure says to use card stock because it is more durable then a plain piece of colored paper. You can use whatever type of paper that you find will work for you if you do not have card stock available.
Cut out the shape of a Christmas tree from green felt to fit on the front of your photo Christmas cards. You can draw this by hand or you can find a simple pattern online and print it out. You will want it to fit comfortably in the space that you have available.
Create an ornament form from your picture that you will be using. It is ok to cut off legs and other non needed items in the picture to create this photo Christmas card. The important thing is to center the faces in the ornament cut out so that it looks good.
Glue the tree shape onto the front of your photo Christmas cards. Once the glue is dried, you can glue the picture ornament onto the tree. Allow this to dry as well before you move onto decorating this further.
Use thin ribbon to create garland on your tree on the front of your photo Christmas cards. You can even drape the ribbon over the photo a little bit. Create a star on the top of the tree using glue and glitter to finish the holiday look.
On the inside of your photo Christmas cards, you can place a holiday stamp on the top of the right side. This will give people something to look at when they open up the card. You can then start your wishes for a happy holiday after the stamp to finish this easy to do craft.
