I was on my way to work this morning, driving along listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show (WBLS-NY) and this voice came out of my car speaker. The depth, the accent and perfect articulation made me stop and think, “Who the heck is that?” It was actor Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje. To refresh your memory, he’s the guy who played Adebisi on HBO’s show “Oz” and he was Mr. Eko on ABC’s “Lost”. He’s also been in quite a few movies.
So, just the other day, I was bitching, moaning and writing about the shortage of “good” black men. Ah, there’s one. We can just snatch a piece of this guy’s DNA, clone him and all will be well.
After listening to his interview, I was even more impressed. Not only is this hunk, who is of Nigerian descent, handsome and sexy, but he is quite the intellectual and has had some amazing life experiences. He has a master’s degree in law from King’s College at the University of London. Impressed yet, ladies? Well, keep reading!
This 6’2″ handsome hunk, who is 43-years-old, was born and raised in London, England (hence the beautiful accent). He was a model in Milan, Italy for a while before becoming an actor. He speaks several languages including English, Italian, Yoruba and Swahili. He is a Buddhist.
I believe he is still single, ladies.
Okay, so who wants to hold him down while I grab a DNA sample, so he can be cloned. They can make enough Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje’s clones for everybody. This is for the benefit of all you single ladies. Personally, it will be my gift to you because in the words of old school rapper, Positive K, “I Got a Man” and I’m ecstatic about the one I’ve got, but that doesn’t mean I’m not looking out for my sisters LOL.
