Is it possible to exercise without effort? It depends on the type of effort you are referring to. You cannot become “in shape” without pushing your body physically. You can, however, find opportunities to exercise without changing your daily schedule.
“Exercising Without Effort,” reviewed recently by Topportunities, is a 31-page ebook with a bit of a misleading title. This ebook does not teach you how to exercise effortlessly, it teaches you how to find great everyday opportunities to exercise while keeping to your own schedule.
Even though we are not real keen on the title, we do like the ebook. This is a great resource for busy moms and workaholics who can never seem to find the time to put in even just a little bit of cardio. We especially loved the section on, “How To Skip,” which explains the art of skipping in case it has been erased from your memory.
Another thing we liked about this product was the chapter on facial exercises which has a lot of us making funny faces at each other all day in order to remove some of our wrinkles. Do any of the tips in this book work? Yeah. We have proof and we encourage you try some of the techniques it covers.
Could this ebook use a new title? Probably. We are willing to bet that it gets passed up quite a lot because the title sounds like all of the other generic money pit diet books.
