Urban Herb Walk – Nov 6th, 12 to 2 pm – Learn how to identify herbal medicinal plants that grow in Brooklyn! Meet at the Grand Army Plaza entrance to Prospect Park at 12.
Home Sick: Herbal and At-home Remedies for the Cold and Flu Season – Nov 10th 7 to 8:30 pm – This class will teach how to utilize at home remedies to support the immune system as well as relieving symptoms when preventative measures fail. At the Commons in Boerum Hill: 388 Atlantic Ave.
Herb Justice: Supplying Tonic Herbs to Those Without Health Insurance – Nov 17th 7 to 8:30 pm – Exploring herbal treatments for people “suffering from diabetes, high blood pressure, toothaches, insomnia and lung conditions.” At the Commons: 388 Atlantic Ave.
