In Vivvo CMS, you can manage your users by sorting them, activating and deactivating them, moving them to other groups, and more. In this guide, I will show you how to manage your site users in Vivvo CMS. If you need help with things like editing user information or removing users from your site, please see my editing users guide for help on that.
Getting Started with Managing Site Users in Vivvo CMS
Start out by signing in as the admin if you haven’t already. Then open the Users page by clicking the User button at the top of the admin panel. This is where you will manage your users in Vivvo CMS.
Sorting Your Site Users in Vivvo CMS
We will begin with sorting your users in Vivvo. At the top of your users panel, in the middle column, you will see the Sort By box. You can drop this box down and select how you want to sort your users. Once you make a selection, the users in the panel will sort in that form.
Moving Users to a New Group in Vivvo CMS
You can quickly move users to a new group in Vivvo. You can move one user, or you can move more than one user. To move users, you will need to check the box next to the users you want to move. Then drop the Select Action box down and select the group you want to move them to under the Move To section. Once you make your selection, the page will reload and those users will be moved to that group.
Activating & Deactivating Users in Vivvo CMS
Activating and Deactivating users is a pretty simple process. You will want to select the user or users that you want to activate or deactivate. Then open the Select Action box and select the Activate or Deactivate option. Give it a second and the changes will take affect.
