Brooklyn’s tallest apartment building, the Brooklyner, has put its uppermost penthouse on the market. For $7,500 per month you can look down upon anyone that lives in the borough.
“We’ve been extremely pleased with the amazing reception the property has received from the community and we are now thrilled to present the truly one-of-a-kind penthouse residence,” leasing manager for the developer Clarett, Elanna H. Jochimek, told the Brooklyn Daily Eagle.
The apartment is the only one on Brooklyner’s 51st floor; has 1,500 square feet of indoor space; and 585 square feet of private, landscaped, rooftop terrace.
There are also floor to ceiling windows (it’s going to be a while before anyone can look in and see you walking around naked), a washer and dryer, solar shades, and Verizon FiOS connectivity.
Not to mention some pretty unfettered views of all of Brooklyn, Queens, and the Manhattan skyline. Not too shabby for twice the rent of some dumpy one-bedrooms nearby.
