Lola by Marc Jacobs looks like something I would hate. It’s in a purplish fuchsia bottle with a big red flower on top. It’s pretty, but it looked like it’s not my type.
The first notes that I smelled was definitely rose. Rose has a strange, but welcoming scent. There’s something charming about it. I then smelled violet, which probably explains why the bottle was made so purple.
After a while, I started to smell sweet vanilla sugar mixed with gold musk. It was very strong, and smelled a little bit like potpourri or sachets.
The smell was great, and it matched the bottle’s look. The scent and bottle seems like something Jezebel would have had on her dresser. It’s very sexy, seductive, and rich. It’s definitely not an everyday fragrance. It’s something you should wear on a date, or when your man is coming over.
I would recommend this fragrance for sexy and sassy women. I give it 4 out of 5 stars.
It costs $68 for 1.7 oz.
