As if things weren’t bad enough already, what with the economy in the toilet and most folks counting their pennies, the con artists are back on the prowl, looking to separate the unwary public from their few remaining dollars. Here are a few things to avoid:
Enlargement creams. Whether for penis or breasts, all those creams, lotions and devices guaranteed to enlarge your preferred body part are a huge waste of money. In short, pun intended, they do not work! Don’t believe their testimonials or be suckered by the lusty looking folks in the ad photos. Just ask your own doctor about it next time you’re in for a checkup and you’ll both have a good laugh! After all, if any of these products worked, the plastic surgeons would be shutting down. I haven’t seen many plastic surgeons in the unemployment lines lately.
Devices to increase gas mileage. When someone invents a device that gets your car 200 miles per gallon, it won’t be a “secret” or “shut down by big oil companies”. If the commies couldn’t keep the Berlin Wall from crashing down, Exxon and all the others combined couldn’t keep such a device secret either! So keep your cash and don’t believe everything you see in your favorite automotive magazines. After all they sell ad space to the folks who tout penis enlargement cream!
New Age devices. If your New Age guru could light a candle or say a chant that actually brought in money, his wife wouldn’t be driving a beat up Honda Civic and wearing clothes from K-Mart. It would be human nature to make yourself rich first.
Wild stock market schemes. No broker can predict the ups and downs of the stock market accurately enough to guarantee to make you rich or else return all your invested money. That’s why he sells advice and not results! Guess who will be driving the Porsche when on retirement, you or him? If you guessed you, you’re missing the point of this article entirely!
Take my advice, there are no magic shortcuts to wealth, big body parts or fantastic gas mileage, but there are lots of crooks willing to sell you on their scam!
