In this guide, I will show you how to manage your email in RoundCube Webmail. This guide will show you how to delete email, forward email, flag email, and print email. You can login to your webmail account to begin using this guide.
Deleting Email in RoundCube Webmail
You can delete one email or you can delete multiple emails at a time. You will first need to select the email or emails that you want to delete. To select them, click the title of the email. The email will then turn yellow. To select more than one email, you will need to hold your CTRL key down while you are clicking the emails to select them. When you are ready to delete the emails, you will need to click the round, red circle at the top of the page. The email will then be placed in the trash bin.
Forwarding Email in RoundCube Webmail
Next, I will show you how to forward email. You can only forward one email at a time. So, if you have more than one email that needs forwarding, you will have to do them one at a time. To forward an email, you will need to click the title of the email. Then click the envelope with the blue arrow pointing to the right. When the window loads, enter the address of the person you want to forward the email to. Then click the Send button.
Flagging Email in RoundCube Webmail
To flag email, you will need to click the title of the email you want to flag. Then click the actions icon, icon with the paper and glasses, and a box will open. In the box, click the Flag option. The email will then be flagged.
Printing Email in RoundCube Webmail
Next, I will show you how to print your email. You will need to select the email that you want to print by clicking the title of the email. Then click the wheel icon at the top of your page. When the box opens, you can click the Print option. The message that was selected will then print.
