Weight: Believe it or not: 182#!
Challenges: Driving through Appleton, hungry, but passed by all the fast food joints on College Ave! WalMart later on, passed by the ice cream freezers, candy bar displays, but not the piles of fresh fruit! SUCCESS AND SUCCESS!
Breakfast Bowl of cereal (Honey Crunch n Oats) without the banana! I am remarkable flexible.
Lunch After driving past all of those fast food joints this AM, I came home and cooked breakfast for the three of us. Scrambled eggs and …yes, bacon, again (I really hardly ever eat bacon!). Then I mixed some of the black bean sloppy joes with my egg portion. Josh called it ‘Juevos Jose’!
Dinner: Wal Mart frozen stuff. It was blechchy frankly; or do you say frankly blechchy? Some kind of breaded chicken with blando spaghetti, frozen broccoli with cheese, and Texas Toast, which was the only good part. AND, I only had ONE piece.
Thoughts: I went crazy in the produce section today! Plums, strawberries, bananas, oranges, grapes (green!), and….a cucumber! Can’t wait.
Oh, I almost forgot to explain the 182! While waiting with Kiki for her Doctor to come in this morning, I jumped on the modern, high-tech digital scale, and found my home scale is about 10 lbs off! How discouraging is that? And I believe I was at 172# this AM. Which is actually a gainful loss for me. Anyway, then the nurse came back and found me putting my shoes back on. BUSTED!
