So when I first got my iPhone, I was eager to know if I could ready eBooks and have a manageable application for it. I googled “free eBooks” and I noticed Barnes and Noble had a few free eBooks. I checked out the book’s description and clicked to download. It presented directions on how to download the eBook reading application, Nook, for Barnes and Noble eBooks.
Interesting enough, I thought I would have to pay for this application and go through a long registeration process, but I didn’t. I simply registered with Barnes and Noble online and that completed the registration process. The Nook application downloaded automatically from the Barnes and Noble webpage through my iPhone. Once the downloading was completed, I shut down my iPhone for five seconds and rebooted it.
Once the application appeared, I tapped on it and it quickly loads. It goes straight to my downloadable eBook and picks up on the page that I recently bookmarked.
The Nook application is easy to use, easy to download and you can search for eBooks within the application. Regardless, if you have an iPhone 3g or the newest 4g, for ones that love to read this is for you!
