I absolutely hate Paranormal Activity. I can’t even begin to put into words what an abomination of film I think it is. To say the film was one of the greatest single disappointments in my entire movie-watching life is giving the film too much credit. You know what, though? Millions upon millions of people (obviously not real horror fans) loved the film. I’ve actually been invited to a free advanced screening of Paranormal Activity 2. I wouldn’t have to pay. Heck, I wouldn’t even have to stand in line for it…and I will still not go see what can only be another very large turd in the Halloween party punch bowl.
I’ve went ahead and posted a couple trailers and a few clips for Paranormal Activity 2 below for anyone who wants to put themselves through watching these things. Honestly, I’ve watched them and it does look better than the first movie but that’s most definitely not saying anything at all. I think an old episode of Goosebumps is on right now and I’d rather watch that. I’ll post pictures and write about it for the hits and traffic most definitely, though. Enjoy if you somehow can.
After experiencing what they believe to be a series of break-ins by a vandal, the relatives of Katie install a security surveillance system in their home, only to discover from the footage that a paranormal presence (and Katie herself) are responsible for the damage. Convinced something supernatural is going on by a ghost, the family deals with Katie’s tormenting, as she violently haunts them all and seeks to take her baby nephew Hunter.
Paranormal Activity 2 was directed by Kip Williams.
