When you use the phpBB forums for your website, you have the option of creating forum groups. In this guide, you will learn how to create these forum groups and how to manage the forum groups after you have created them. I will also show you how to get to the section where you can create these forum groups. You can start by logging into your account and going to the admin control panel.
Your groups can be found in the General section of your admin area. Once you login to your admin’s control panel, you should be redirected to the general section. If you are not redirected there for some reason, just click the General tab at the top of your page. On the left side of the page, look for the Manage Groups link and click it.
You will now be on the page where you can create your new forum group. In the top part of the page, you will see the field that says Create New Group. You can enter the name of the group you want to create in this field and click the Create button. After you click the Create button, you will be redirected to the page where you can set up your options for the new forum group you are creating. Fill in the information on this page and click the Submit button at the bottom to create your new group.
After submitting your new group, you should see a page that says you have successfully create a new forum group. You can then click the back to previous page link to go to the page of forum groups.
On the forum groups page, you can edit forums you have created, delete forums, and view members of forums. On this page, you will see the name of the forums in the table. To the right of each forum, you will see the options for editing, deleting, and viewing members.
If you need to do one of these things, click the link and the page will reload. Then you can walk through the steps of doing what you need to. If you need more help with your phpBB forums, you can view my profile for more guides on phpBB. The quickest way to find the other guides is by doing a search for phpBB.
