I have had many server panic and anxiety attacks in the last couple of months. One of the best aromatherapy products I use to help relieve them is Bath & Body Works Aromatherapy Eucalyptus Spearmint Stress Relief Bath Salt. It is has a very calming, but yet uplifting aroma and it really helps relieve any body tension and aches I sometimes get during panic and anxiety attacks.
These bath salts look like over white chucks of medium sized salt crystals. They have a strong eucalyptus mint scent to it that is very pleasing and calming to the mind when stress occurs causing panic and anxiety attacks. The bath salt is made with eucalyptus and spearmint oils as well as real sea salt. The bath salt comes in a glass jar and contains about 17 ounces of bath salt inside of it which is enough bath salt to get you about 4 or 5 relaxing baths. The bath product is expensive, but so worth it for me because I get server panic and anxiety attacks that sometimes cause me to end up in the hospital. However, I have not needed to go to the hospital lately during server attacks because when I soak in this bath salt it helps relieve the severity of my attacks so I can handle them easier with herbal teas and supplements.
The way I like to use the Bath & Body Works Aromatherapy Eucalyptus Spearmint Stress Relief Bath Salt is by filling my bathtub up with plenty of warm water. Then I take about 1 cup of the bath salt and pour it into the water and allow it to dissolve into it for about 2 minutes. When the bath salt begins to dissolve the eucalyptus spearmint aroma really comes out and fills the bathroom and air so I can breathe it in deeply when I soak in the tub to help me relax even more. I usually get into the tub once the bath salts are dissolved and soak for up to an hour or until I feel my anxiety or panic attacks have settled down a bit. The bath salt not only helps relieve stress and attacks it helps soften and nourish my skin as well which is really nice.
Another way I like to use this bath salt is as a foot soak when my feet really hurt from standing or walking on them all day. I simply take my footbath out and fill it with warm water. Then I take about ¼ cup of the bath salt and pour it into the footbath. Then I allow the salt to dissolve and than I stick my feet into the footbath to soak for as long as it takes to get the achy feeling to go away in my feet. Usually takes about 30 minutes to do and sometimes the longer your feet soak a tingly mint cooling sensation starts to occur which helps relieve the pains more from your feet.
Anyways, I do wish you all the best of luck with relieving and treating your anxiety and panic attacks as well. I also hope those of you who try this stress relief bath salt can find some comfort and peace again. I know it has worked well for me and I know I will continue to use it from here on out, or until they stop making it.
