Lunch at O’Charley’s Wake Forest, NC
We chose the teriyaki sesame tilapia and the grilled Baja chicken. The tilapia was cooked to perfection. Tilapia is an interesting fish if not cooked correctly. It should be flaky and moist. O’Charley’s Wake Forest, NC ensured both when preparing this meal. The sesame-pineapple sauce was the perfect contrast to the red pepper flakes.
The Grilled Baja chicken was also moist. The southwest flavor was prominent throughout the dish. The Pico de Gallo had the correct amount of peppers to bring out the flavor.
