I am always on the look out for some new Indian restaurant that serves authentic Indian food delicacies as our family is fond of stylish and delicious Indian food. Recently, we visited Bombay Nights restaurant that serves such authentic North Indian food delicacies. This restaurant is situated at Honeygo Village Center, 5007 Honeygo Center Drive, Suite 101, Perry Hall, MD-21128 having phone number as 410 248 3131. Our visit to this restaurant really proved so exciting that it prompted me to write the review of this unique restaurant.
We visited this restaurant for dinner on Friday evening. As soon as we reached, we were immediately escorted to our table by the attending waitress. The menu of the restaurant indicated that it serves lot of varieties in all the categories like appetizers, soups, fresh Indian vegetables, Chicken varieties, various sea food items, and the Indian breads collection. The tasty soups in around three varieties are available at the rates of around $5 per serving. The spicy and delicious Indian appetizers like Aloo Chat, Bhel, Vegetable Pakoras, Chicken Pakoras, Coconut Shrimp, and combination Vegetable Platter are available in the price range of $5 to $7 per plate. The excellent salads are available at the rates of around $5 per serving. The main vegetarian dishes like Palak Paneer, Paneer Kadai, Butter Paneer Masala, Bombay Aloo Kurma, channa Masala, and Baigan Bhurta are served with a bowl of rice at the rates of around $10 per plate. The non vegetarian dishes like Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken Saagwala, Butter Chicken, and famous Bombay Chicken Curry are served at the rates of around $13 per serving. Some of the varieties in Lamb and the sea food are also served as the main dish at the rates of around $15 per plate. When there are so many varieties available, it becomes always difficult to decide your order. We finally settled for Aloo Chat and Bhel as appetizers and the Vegetable Manchurian, Bhindi Masala, and the Chana Masala with Tandoori Naans as the main dish. We also ordered famous Indian side dishes of Raita, prickles, and the Mango Chutney to add colors to our dinner.
Then the time came for the best part of the meal, which was to enjoy the lovely Indian sweet delicacies. We settled for great Gulab Jamuns, Kulfi Rich, and the Rasmalai. Such lovely desert items are available at the rates of around $4 per serving. The total bill for six of our family members came to around $110. There are lots of other options to enjoy this restaurant like its famous lunch buffet, weekend brunch, take out, and special kid menus. Out of all these, lunch buffet is the most enjoyable that is available at around $11 on weekdays and $13 during weekends. This unique restaurant remains open for all seven days of the week. The buffet lunch is served from 11.30 am to 2.30 pm and the dinner is served from 5 pm to 10 pm on weekdays and up to 11 pm on Fridays and Saturdays. There is an ample parking facility available near the restaurant. The external catering facility is also offered by this restaurant. The live belly dancing performances take place at this restaurant on every Friday from 8 pm onwards.
We immensely enjoyed our dinner at this restaurant. The only negative aspect was the belly dancing that we saw. It appeared slightly crude as I was with my family. The restaurant management must look in to this aspect and replace such sexy dances with classical Indian dance or music. Excepting this small aspect, the restaurant is really worth visiting to enjoy tasty Indian food delicacies at quiet reasonable rates.
If you are fond of tasty Indian food and stay in Baltimore area, make sure to visit this Bombay restaurant to enjoy lovely Indian food.
