Nobody wants cancer. Everyone will agree that if they could reduce their risk of cancer, they would be glad to try this. Luckily, there are some easy ways in which we can reduce our chances of developing cancer. We can do this by making simple lifestyle changes.
Do you drink coffee?
What type of coffee do you drink? If you drink decaffeinated coffee, all you have to do is switch to a caffeinated kind of coffee and you will reduce your risk of cancer?
Doctors do not know for sure. However, research has proven that caffeinated coffee can reduce many types of coffee. Research shows that drinking 2 cups of day will reduce one’s risk of colon cancer and six cups a day will reduce one’s risk of prostate cancer.
The theory is that the caffeine causes the cancer cells to die.
Do you enjoy your house windows to be open?
How often do you open them? You should open them open every day for 10 to 15 minutes to reduce your risk of cancer? Why?
The air in our homes are 5 times more contaminated that the air outside. This is from the gases from our carpet and our furniture, not to mention all the radon gas that is found in most homes.
So enjoy some fresh air daily.
Do you have a filter on your water faucet?
You should have one placed on it. Why? You shouldn’t be drinking from bottled water because it may not be as safe as we think. In fact, since bottled water is not regulated it could be contaminated and it could have carcinogens in inside.
If you place a filter on your faucet and drink most of your water from this filter, you can reduce your risk of bladder and colon cancer.
How else can you reduce your risk of cancer?
• Try to eat properly
• Rinse off all fresh produce before eating
• Exercise regularly
• Wear sunscreen daily
