In this guide, I will show you how to comment on SiteFrame polls, how to manage comments on SiteFrame Polls, and how to view comments on SiteFrame polls. You can do this by logging in as admin. You can comment as admin and other site users can also comment, but only you have the control over the comments to delete them.
Viewing Polls Comments in SiteFrame
Let’s start with viewing your poll comments in SiteFrame. In the left menu, you will need to click the Website Home link. Then click the List Documents link. On the documents page, find the poll you want to view the comments on. Click the name of the poll. On the poll’s page, you will need to scroll to the bottom of the page. You will then see comments that have been left on this poll. If you do not see any comments, that means no comments have been left on that poll.
Removing Comments from Polls in SiteFrame
To remove comments, you will need to first open the poll. Once the poll is open, scroll to the bottom of the poll where the comments are. Under each comment, you will see the Delete option. Clicking this option will delete the comment from the poll. You will not be asked to confirm that you want to delete. When you click Delete, it is gone.
Posting Comments on Polls in SiteFrame
Now I will show you how to post comments on your polls as the admin. You will need to open the List Documents page and select the poll you want to post a comment on. Once the poll opens, go to the bottom of the poll and click the Comment link. A box will pop up and you will need to type your comment in the box. Then submit the comment. Your comment will then appear on the poll page.
As the admin, you can also reply to comments left on your polls from the poll’s page. On the poll’s page, you can click the Reply link below the comment you want to reply to. Then you can post your reply.
