This guide will show you how to create new contacts in your Student DOG Organizer. If you haven’t downloaded this software, and you are a student, you should check it out. Opening Your Contact Folder in Student DOG Organizer
You will need to begin with opening your contact folder of Student DOG Organizer. Load your software and look for the Contacts button on the left side. Click that button and your contact section will load.
Creating a New Contact in Student DOG Organizer
To create a new contact, you will need to click the New button at the bottom of your contact section. When the box opens, you will need to enter the information for the new contact in the fields. Let’s take a look at the fields.
Name – Enter the contacts name in this field.
Home Phone, Address, & Fax Number – If you have their home information, you can enter all of it in this field, or whatever you have.
Work Phone, Address, & Fax Number – This is where the work information for the contact will go.
Cell Phone – If you have a cell phone number for the contact, you can enter it in this field.
Website – If the contact has a website, you can enter the URL in this field.
IM – If the contact uses and instant messenger, you can enter their screen name in this field.
Birthday – The contact’s birthday goes in this field.
Notes – You can add any notes you have about the contact in this field.
You are not required to enter all of the information in this box. So, you can enter what you want. When you are ready to add the new contact, you can click the OK button at the bottom of the box and the contact will be added to your organizer.
