Between Breakfast & Lunch
After you finish your breakfast, head over to Broadway at the Beach for hours of exciting activities. Do some shopping in the numerous boutiques and unique shops. Sunday Funday wouldn’t be the same without a stop in the Hard Rock Café to have a Bloody Mary or a Margarita, before heading over to “walk on water.” The water walking ball gives visitors the opportunity to get as close as a person can get to the large carp that swim in the lake, as you walk over them inside a ball. The walking ball cost $6.00 for 30 minutes. After you take a “relaxing” walk on the water, there is a zip line for floating through Broadway or take a paddle boat out for a soothing ride on the lake.

If you can handle some fun criticism, sarcastic and a hilarious wait staff, lunch at Dick’s Last Resort will be right up your alley. This is not the place to go for a quiet, intimate meal but, it is the place to go for great food and entertainment all at once. When you are first seated, everyone at the table is given a large white hat and you are expected to wear it throughout the meal. It is hilarious to watch the reactions of those eating in the restaurant when their waiter/waitress, isn’t the politest server they have encountered. Try their “house” drink, Ka’Mana Wana Lei’a, it is advertised as a Dick’s coconut head full of booze and they are not kidding, it is yummy. They have ice cold beers, served in a souvenir glass, Killa Rita (Dick’s version of a kickin margarita, great food (served in buckets) and funny entertainment. When using a Myrtle Beach VIP card, the entire party receives 15% off of their food purchase.
