Part 1 if you haven’t read it
Sunday Early Morning- 7:30a.m.
The day has just begun and I am writing from a journal on the bus. It is likely I will not be publishing this until the setting sun or even perhaps Monday. ( As it turns out it’s Tuesday afternoon) It is my honor to write of the Lord in my life and the greatest privilege. I am so thankful for the ability to do so.
My anxiety ceased when I realized there was hope after all to get to the bank and avoid charges. I prayed crazy prayers. “Please don’t let that check go through until I’ve put the money in the bank, if it be your will.”
Sunday, I am joyous, grateful for things large and small. For some reason it only cost me .25 cents to take the bus to Redondo Beach from Lakewood, Calif. normally, it would cost me .60 cents. I enjoyed an extra hour’s sleep due to day light savings time and slept twelve hours straight. I am going to church- a real treat for me. God is good- God is great.
Thanksgiving is coming up. I plan to spend it wherever my youngest daughter is- we do not get enough time together. Today, is November 7, 2010, there will be 2 Sundays before Thanksgiving November 14 and 21. I plan on these next two Sunday Reflections reflecting on all I, we collectively need to be Thankful and grateful to have in our lives, especially, our Lord Jesus Christ. Part III
