Survivor Nicaragua is in its third week and already the stress of the game is showing for the Espada’s. Survivor Nicaragua is one of the most intense Survivors in years. Both teams are acting crazier by the episode and not making sound decisions.
Jimmy Johnson was voted out in tonight’s episode after the Espada’s lost their immunity challenge. There was conflict between Jimmy T. and Tyrone about Johnson’s judgment as leader to not put Jimmy T. in play in the barrel challenge. This in turn created an opportunity to form a temporary alliance between Marty and Jimmy T.
These two have been eyeing for the coaches position on the team. Jimmy Johnson is a natural leader. Both Marty and Jimmy T. believe they should be leader. Both men have leadership jobs back in the world and both believe they can lead the Espada’s better than Jimmy J.
Tonight there seemed to be a plot that divided the Epada’s and went on to create a situation that may not have existed if the team were thinking strategy instead of about themselves. In reality Dan should have been voted off instead of Johnson based on the fact that he is in poor physical shape and cannot help as much in immunity challenges.
Dan has a bad knee that has obviously had some surgery done on it. He has a scar on the knee and it was swollen. Dan seems to be the weakest link for the Epada’s and logically should have been the third player voted off Survivor Nicaragua.
Jealousy it seems played a part in Johnson’s demise. How will this affect the team as a whole? Will the team be better or worse off? Will the Epada’s regret losing such a valuable bank of leadership knowledge? Survivor Nicaragua will go on without Jimmy J. but will not be the same.
