Thanksgiving Brunch Recipe’s
Here is a recipe that I really enjoy; it is simple and enjoyable.
3 cans of corn
1 can of peg shoe corn
1 large tomato
1 small green bell pepper
1 small red bell pepper
1 small yellow bell pepper
1 stalk of celery
1 cup of watercress nuts
½ cup chopped green onions
1 cup of mayonnaise or salad dressing (your preference)
1 small jar of pimentos
Drain corn, watercress nuts and pimentos. Mix all ingredients together except dressing. Add dressing and sprinkle lightly with cayenne pepper. Let mixture chill overnight. Stir before serving.
Thanksgiving Brunch Punch
1 quarts apple juice
1 liter of ginger ale
12 ounce can of frozen lemon lime juice
12 ounce can of frozen orange juice
12 ounce can of frozen fruit punch
1 cup of sugar
1 red apple
Combine apple juice, frozen lemon lime juice, frozen orange juice, ginger ale and frozen fruit punch together. Add 11/2 cups of sugar and stir together. Slice up the lemon, pineapple, grapefruit, apple and orange.
Put beverage into a punch bowl and garnish the rim of the bowl with the apple, lemon, pineapple and grapefruit slices.
