The bullies that you meet in life,
Are the ones that are afraid.
They try to show how brave they are,
But it’s only a charade.
They buddy-up with others,
Cause there’s safety in a crowd,
But find them when they’re all alone
And they never act as proud.
They make their buddies all believe
They’re big and brave and strong,
But separate them from the crowd
And they discover that they’re wrong.
A bully’s main idea,
Is to show he’s big and bad.
As long as he has buddies near,
He’ll try to make you mad.
He knows that you won’t pick a fight,
While his buddies have his back,
But find him all alone one time
And his bravery’s a little slack.
So when you’ve had enough of him,
No matter who’s around,
Poke him right square in the nose,
And put him on the ground.
His buddies will be mystified,
And won’t know what to do.
They’ll turn around and walk away,
Knowing they have misjudged you.
