Monday night was a special night, it was the premiere episode of Season 11 of Dancing With the stars. Fans were excited. The dancers were excited. The judges were probably even excited. The night was filled with laughter, tears and wonder. Would Sarah Palin show up to see daughter Bristol dance?
No, Sarah did not make an appearance. Yet, Bristol did a pretty decent job of dancing especially since dancing is not something is used to doing nor is performing at all, let alone in front of an audience. This fact alone probably surprised many.
Then there was the moving performance that came when Jennifer Grey danced. She performed a song from her past hit movie “Dirty Dancing’ which she co-started with Patrick Swayse who recently just passed away, after fighting a hard battle with cancer. This dance brought many to tears and had her on top of the leader board when the night ended.
The night also ended with three dancers tied at the bottom of the leader board: Margaret. Mike ‘The Situation’ and David. This left it up to the fans.
Tonight, the answer came in to who would be eliminated. This answer was announced at the end of the show, as usual and the dancer and partner that was eliminated was David Hasselhoff and Kym Johnson.
This means that 11 more couples were left standing as the fight goes on to who will win the mirror ball.
